Kimberly Wilder | Finance Director / Controller

John Thomas | Principal-In-Charge

Ms. Wilder has accounting and financial management experience with variety of businesses in the Houston area and has training and experience in hazardous abatement. She has held challenging and responsible positions with a major Accounting firm and served as Financial Aid Director and Business Manager for an environmental science training institute.

Education: Bachelor of Business  Administration (BBA) in Accounting, University of Houston Downtown, and matriculating at University of Houston, School of Business, Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Mr. Thomas has served as Project Manager/Marketing Manager for the past 13 years providing direct contact and support for a variety of K-12, Higher Education and non-profit organizations. His services have added in the development of a variety of grass-root initiatives. He is proficient at utilizing information technology to manage multiple contracts, project tracking, project analyses, budget administration and human resource management. Mr. Thomas understands and is knowledgeable in procurement.

Jason De La Cruz | Project Superintendent

Education: Graduated from Vinton High School, Vinton, Louisiana.

Jorge Marcano | Project Manager

Education: Graduated 1997 from Lockhart High School, Lockhart, TX

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Doucette has spent the past 12 years developing an extensive resume utilizing the Job Order Contracting methodology. As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Doucette completed Job Orders valued at an estimated $75 million. This has enabled him to gain significant experience working with Houston area schools bond programs and developing strong customer relation skills along the way.

  • 30+ years of construction that included 20 years in the Caribbean's working design build and commercial renovation
  • Strong experience in project management, estimating, scheduling, and cost management

Brent Doucette | Principal / Senior Project Manager


Mr. Marcano has accumulated over 20 years of solid field experience in construction management. His ability to take on and accomplish challenging projects is indicative of assisting Texaco Venezuela in building the first service station on Margarita Island as part of the new market penetration. He garnered recognition nationwide by Texaco as being the first General Contractor to deliver a Service Station in one(1) month time frame and positioned Texaco as the first leading multinational oil company on the island. Mr. Marcano has been recognized throughout his career for managing projects efficiently in fast paced environments with tight schedules.

  • 20+ years of construction and practical problem solving
  • Strong experience in estimating, scheduling, cost management and green building.

Mr. De La Cruz will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Mr. De La Cruz will be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
