A dedicated Project Manager leads the process from the start, serving as your single point of contact through proposal development.

  • A Project Manager is assigned as your primary point of contact and reviews the request to understand scope, urgency, contract requirements, and site constraints.

  • The assigned Project Manager conducts the site visit to evaluate existing conditions, verify field dimensions, and identify potential challenges early.

  • Plans, specifications, and reference documents are reviewed, and any scope gaps or clarifications are identified before pricing.
