President-Controller

  • Ms. Wilder brings 20 years of accounting and financial management experience with a variety of businesses in the Houston area. She has held challenging positions with a major accounting firm and served as Financial Aid Director and Business Manager. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in financial oversight, budgeting, and administrative leadership.

    In addition to her financial expertise, Ms. Wilder has specialized training and practical experience in hazardous abatement, which enhances her understanding of compliance and safety in business operations. She also brings 5+ years of customer relations experience, allowing her to effectively manage client communications and support. Her well-rounded background makes her a valuable asset in both financial and operational roles.

Jorge Marcano

Vice President

  • Jorge Marcano has over 20 years of experience in construction management, specializing in Job Order Contracting (JOC). He excels at leading fast-paced, schedule-driven projects with precision and efficiency. Jorge’s expertise spans institutional, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, where his skills in estimating, scheduling, and cost control ensure high-quality results under tight deadlines.

    Early in his career, Jorge gained national recognition with Texaco Venezuela by completing the first service station on Margarita Island in just one month, making Texaco the first multinational oil company on the island. He is also knowledgeable in green building and practical problem-solving, earning a reputation for reliability and strong leadership in challenging JOC environments.

Quentin Wiltz 

Executive Director of Operations

  • Quentin Wiltz is the Executive Director of Operations at JR Thomas Group, Inc., leading diverse teams while overseeing strategic planning and driving operational and financial success. With over 18 years of experience in finance, operations, and project management, he excels at managing complex initiatives and implementing systems that enhance efficiency, accountability, and growth.

    Prior to joining JR Thomas Group, Quentin managed site operations for major multi-phase pipeline projects, leading over 100 indirect reports and developing key risk, quality, and safety plans. He also directed financial consolidation for multinational corporations and oversaw receivables of $1 billion. At Allergan Aesthetics (ABBVIE), he led a 200-person team managing nationwide clinic operations and spearheaded a project with Stanford Health Care to optimize procurement and scheduling, improving financial and material flow.

Brent Doucette

Senior Project Manager

  • With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Mr. Doucette has spent the last 10+ years specializing in Job Order Contracting (JOC). As a Senior Project Manager, he has successfully completed Job Orders valued at approximately $75 million. His expertise includes managing large-scale projects and navigating the unique demands of JOC methodology with efficiency and precision.

    Mr. Doucette has extensive experience working with Houston-area school bond programs, where he has built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. His ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, combined with his focus on customer satisfaction, has established him as a trusted leader in the field.

Antionette Rowell

Project Manager

  • Antionette Rowell is a seasoned Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in construction and Job Order Contracting (JOC). She has successfully led a variety of institutional, healthcare, and municipal projects, demonstrating strong leadership in planning, execution, and closeout. At JR Thomas Group, Inc., Antionette manages multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing scheduling, field supervision, submittals, change orders, and payment applications, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

    Before joining JR Thomas Group, Antionette managed healthcare projects for Centennial Contractors, supporting institutions like Harris Health System and the University of Texas Health Science Center. She also handled multimillion-dollar capital improvements for the City of Houston, Houston Community College, and HISD with RHJ, and contributed to educational and infrastructure projects with Morganti and the OST Redevelopment Authority. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Antionette consistently delivers successful project outcomes in complex environments.

Mario Gigante

Construction Site Manager

  • Mario Gigante brings over 38 years of construction experience, including five years specializing in site management for large-scale projects. With a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and an MBA, he combines technical knowledge with strong leadership skills. Before joining JR Thomas Group, Inc., Mario managed major projects across Malta, EU, such as a $62 million higher education facility, a $9 million business park, and a $3.5 million civil infrastructure project.

    As a Construction Site Manager at JR Thomas Group, Mario oversees daily field operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout all project phases. His expertise in contractor procurement, project coordination, and site logistics has been key to delivering complex programs successfully.

Derrick DeBerry

  • Mr. DeBerry brings over 20 years of operational accounting and administrative experience working with a Fortune 500 company. During his tenure, he served as Wire Manager, overseeing more than 5,000 internal bank accounts and managing the review and approval of corporate expense reimbursements. This role gave him valuable insight into budget allocation and project management.

    His extensive background in finance and administration has equipped him with strong skills in managing complex financial operations efficiently. Mr. DeBerry’s expertise ensures accurate oversight and strategic support in financial processes, contributing to overall business success.
