Subcontractor Orientation

An informational session designed to walk subcontractors through our prequalification process, compliance requirements, bidding procedures, and expectations for working with our team. The session will also highlight the benefits of becoming an approved subcontractor, including priority consideration for bid opportunities, streamlined onboarding, and increased visibility on upcoming projects. Attendees will receive an overview of our typical project processes and examples of past and current work to better understand the types of projects we deliver. Subcontractors are expected to maintain clear, timely communication with our project management and field teams, including proactive coordination, issue escalation, and responsiveness throughout all phases of work.

Performance Standards
Subcontractors must perform all work in accordance with the approved scope, contract documents, schedule, and quality requirements. Onsite work should reflect attention to detail, proper supervision, and a commitment to delivering work that meets industry standards and project expectations.

Compliance Standards
Subcontractors are responsible for reviewing and complying with all safety, documentation, and client-specific requirements. This includes implementing appropriate safety mitigation plans, conducting work in a safe manner, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
