Materials are procured in accordance with approved project scope and contract requirements
Purchase Orders are issued prior to material release
Pricing may follow contract schedules, cooperative agreements, or negotiated terms
Project Managers coordinate delivery timing and logistics

Invoices must reference the issued purchase order
Payment terms are defined per contract or PO
Invoices are reviewed for accuracy and compliance prior to processing

Local and regional suppliers capable of supporting fast-paced projects
Suppliers experienced with public-sector or institutional work
Firms with consistent availability, reliable lead times, and responsive communication.

Submission of information does not guarantee selection or procurement
JR Thomas Group may coordinate supplier involvement to support subcontractor sourcing and project efficiency when appropriate
